Hi! I'm Jessica, friends call me JRowe (hence the business name) I am 30 something (no need for deets), married to my Mexican, and living my "dream" in beautiful Jacksonville Beach, Florida. I love cats, tacos, and long walks around Marshalls and Home Goods.  I graduated with my Bachelors in Fine Arts and decided that my art is making people feel and look beautiful.
